Trust — RERA, Title & Transparency | Goldust Infra
A completed street at Living by Goldust

The first of three words

Trust

Trust is not a claim you make. It is a set of documents you hand over before you ask for anything, and a street somebody can walk before they buy it.

In plotted development, buyers need confidence that the promised infrastructure will be delivered. Roads, drainage and open spaces are important parts of that decision.

Our approach is to reduce uncertainty by prioritising infrastructure delivery. We prioritise infrastructure development before plot handover, with the aim of providing completed infrastructure in the areas being handed over. It is a slower, more expensive way to build — and it is the only version of this business we are willing to run.

The test we set ourselves

A render is a promise. Compare it with the photograph.

Where available, compare the project’s 3D visualisations with photographs of the completed development. That comparison is on the Commitment page, project by project.
