In many plotted developments, sales begin before the infrastructure is complete. We take a different approach. Roads, drainage, power, water and landscaping are developed first, so buyers experience the streets and infrastructure on site visits rather than simply being shown a promise of what is to come.
This approach takes more time and costs more upfront. But it reflects our commitment to delivering what we promise. Today, our developments span more than 100 acres across Ludhiana and Patiala, with each development registered with RERA.
